Prompt service and transparent on the pricing. The staff were very organised and the Vet looked after our dog with compassion and integrity.
I took my dog in for an X-ray because he was limping on his hind leg. After the X-ray, I received a call from the radiologist—not the vet—who informed me that he had torn his cruciate ligament and recommended conservative treatment. They suggested trying Beransa, a so-called wonder drug with no side effects. However, I've since found out that was a complete lie.
