Sometimes a bit slow, but the food is great.
Staff doesn't use gloves NAD customer service
I experienced very slow service at this location. It took about 20 minutes to get my food. Truffle fries were spot-on but the truffle burger was light on truffle aioli.
New management? The food at Larkburger is always great. That said, the wash park location has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The cashier wasn’t behind the register when we arrived. It took 10 min for anyone to even show up to take out order. When the cashier arrived she was rude and short with us. I ordered 2 kids meals and she said “do you want the other one the same?” I asked her what she meant, which seems like a normal question since I had already placed both orders.
