Great company and people(Cory & Nat) to deal with. They built our custom home in 2022, it wasn't a cookie cutter, anything we proposed they had a solution for. Have also used them on a commercial project that had some challenges to deal with and they dealt with them all. They find solutions to problems and are very open to client ideas.

We just bought a home that Larkaun built in 2013. The basement of this home wasn't developed and we have brought in several trades to do the finishing work, and everyone of them have mentioned how well this home was built. Quality workmanship throughout. In our renovation process we needed the specs for exterior colours, etc., and Renee was so helpful in finding this info for us - and quickly.
