We built with Larkaun and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend to anyone who's looking to build or renovate.
Do not use these people if you are looking at a commercial renovation. They absolutely screwed us over! We were using them for our Pharmacy renovation. They were not up front with us about there availability, delay delay delay. Then 2 months in she Lisa tells us they can't do the job. We had to find another contractor cost use two month delay. Our lease ran out May 31st. We have had to pay for two extra months of rent (34K). Very disappoint with this company!
Top-notch customer service. Always accessible and helps problem solve on any projects they are involved with. Very customer oriented. We’ve used them on several occasions, including a home build, large house renovation, and other home projects, including a pergola. honest with regards to pricing. Would recommend them to anyone.
