Spring time came and the melting snow left our front parking area a mess. Sent a few photos of the problem and they knew exactly what we needed. After the area dried up a bit they brought a load of gravel and a machine and fixed everything up. We have no issues with the parking lot. We now have good drainage/runoff and it is really solid. The whole process was incredibly easy, the pricing was fair and the communication throughout the whole process was quick and consistent.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience! From start to finish, the attention to detail was outstanding. Cory and Natalie worked hard to get us into our home even faster than expected, which meant so much to us and without sacrificing quality or excellence. Great company and people(Cory & Nat) to deal with. They built our custom home in 2022, it wasn't a cookie cutter, anything we proposed they had a solution for. Have also used them on a commercial project that had some challenges to deal with and they dealt with them all. They find solutions to problems and are very open to client ideas.
Recently built a home with Larkaun and the team is amazing. Cory and Natalie are fantastic to work with and did everything they could to make the process as smooth as it could be.
