We had been looking for the right building for a while and the right place to buy it. Sheds Direct of Hickory really took the time to speak with us and educate us on the lesser known aspects of a building purchase. They answered all of our questions and more. They took the time to reach out to their manufacturer as well for clarifications. We really appreciated the time they spent with us and the outcome of our purchase!
Trent was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't pressure me for a sale. We sat down at his computer and"built" my shed. He gave me the price, I took a photo and brought it home with a booklet to review with my husband. I then was able to complete the order and down payment over the phone. Easy!
Hands down one of the best places to get top quality service, shed, and delivery! Trent is a super friendly and knowledgeable sales representative and Charles and Sammy were truly the best at delivering our shed. Definitely will continue to do business with them!
