The 2 guys that set up our shed was great. They were very prompt with the time they gave me that they would be here. Sorry I didn't get their names.
Your delivery driver was professional and polite. The admin side needs some work. The delivery was listed for the morning and when I tried to check on it at 12:30 no one returned my call. Now someone named Ronda(not sure if she works for you) text me and said she has been trying to contact me but I can prove she hasn't.
Honestly such a simple process! Was helped to find exactly what I was looking for and paid in full for my shed on Monday. It was delivered by the nicest guy ever on Wednesday! Amazing service, highly recommend.
Trent was Great. The delivery driver was also great. Overall experience was really good.
The guys were friendly and on time but seemed rushed, and they actually damaged the front door of my shed. Sheds direct came out and fixed my repair and I’m happy with my shed.
