They charge for everything like dr note for kids day care, dr note for any sickness that dr seen you for anything. They can charge you twice. If you are asking dr note again that you paid already, and asking same note on your email. I don’t know how come the staff is very rude and helpless for clients. Or doctors aren’t paying well by the government. Something is wrong.
Receptionist have no sense of managing time or talking to clients. They do not know how to manage the schedule of doctors that leads to long waiting time for patients.Doctors are amazing but front desk needs to learn professionalism.
