The doctor is great—kind, patient, and really listens. That’s the only reason we keep coming back. Unfortunately, the front desk experience is very disappointing. It’s hard to even get an appointment as calls often go unanswered for days. When you do get through, the communication isn’t helpful. I also tried raising a concern, but the way it was handled felt rude and dismissive. It’s frustrating because good service should start from the front desk too. The receptionist really needs to improve.
Dr Satbir Jhand an extremely conscientious, kind, and honorable doctor. Wishing him strong health and many long years of life. Truly a rare and wonderful person.
I have been a patient of Dr Jhand for over 5 years. He is dedicated, friendly and very efficient. Recently, i had a heart attack, he has helped me with my recovery. He is the best doctor i have seen since my arrival in Vancouver in 1977. The reception has always been polite and helpful with me...Kudo to Dr Jhand....
