I had a very disappointing experience with Dr Satbir Jhand. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and I often left appointments feeling unheard. Instead of listening carefully and discussing my symptoms, I felt my concerns were dismissed. The receptionist service is very poor, very rude, they don't know how to treat the public, I will not recommend it to anyone, by going here a person is better than without medicine.

The doctor is great—kind, patient, and really listens. That’s the only reason we keep coming back. Unfortunately, the front desk experience is very disappointing. It’s hard to even get an appointment as calls often go unanswered for days. When you do get through, the communication isn’t helpful. I also tried raising a concern, but the way it was handled felt rude and dismissive. It’s frustrating because good service should start from the front desk too. The receptionist really needs to improve.
