I'm glad the previous reviewer was saatisfied, because I sure wasn't. I had the first appointment of the day, but the doc was over 45 minutes late, and rushed me through. Everytime I'm in there there are new staff. Her nurse takes forever to return phone calls, and is rude when she does call.
The staff at Dr. Kim Larks is very professional, and most very sympathetic, if you are already a patient they always work you in when possible, and make every effort to get you to proper specialists if you need it. I have never had a problem with billing, RX refills, or getting in to see the Dr. I highly recommend their services.
