Lark Creek created quite a bit of buzz when it was announced that a restaurant would indeed be joining the property at Fashion Island. I was really interested because I love most things from NorCal, especially if it is food related. The restaurant prides itself from sourcing local ingredients that are seasonal and sustainable. My friend and I went to Lark Creek for our first time a month or so ago. They had such amazing food, their drinks.. wow the drinks!! Tatiana was our server and we also chatted a little with the bartender Missy afterwards too. They were very professional and knowledgeable on things that were on the menu. I will def be back! When Lark Creek first opened, my wife and I went in to have a drink on a Saturday afternoon. While we were there, we felt the staff was not very friendly, nor was the service, in itself, adequate. Sorry, but that's the way we saw it. Nevertheless, yesterday, while we were shopping at Fashion Island, we stopped in to have some lunch. . .and give it another try.
