What a lovely store with a sustainable concept and 5-star service! I just got a lobe piercing there with a beautiful piece of jewellery, and they even give you a little goody bag with chocolates and aftercare solution as a thank you. Svetlana is very knowledgeable about all the products and the piercer (sorry didn’t catch her name) gave some good advice about the placement of my piercing. Will definitely return for more pieces in the future
The item that I ordered originally was size 6mm due to misleading photo online. The support from the company was great. They were very responsive to replace the order. Very pleased with the service. The earing is a very good quality will def order from them again.
