I teach group movement classes, private sessions, workshops, and retreats designed to help you thrive on and off the mat. My area of interest is core and pelvic floor issues, such as prolapses or diastasis recti; I also offer prenatal and postpartum movement support. In 1-1 sessions, we explore your movement strategies and habits and tweak them so your core & pelvic floor can be more functional. In group classes, I strive to create an atmosphere that invites questioning, asking for clarification, and connection.
