Dr. Lempert is excellent -- kind, knowledgeable and efficient. My only criticism is some of the front desk staff can be rude.
Horrible, horrible experience all around! I would NOT recommend this doctor or the office to anyone! Made an appt via ZocDoc, they called the evening before to say they will not honor it, and then hung up. Tried calling back over and over, they kept hanging up! Tried calling the next day, they kept hanging up again! Eventually got through and came to the office, and the experience with the doctor and assistant were just as bad.
The staff in this practice is friendly and engaging. Dr. Lempert was very empathetic to my situation and spent time detailing a good treatment plan to help me. I feel confident that I am in good hands.
