Unfortunately, my daughter has been trying for 3 weeks to request the office to send a medical order for a study as the order they initially sent had an error. However, the office of Imaging called them 15 times, which we could see on the call logs, and also cancelled 3 ultrasound appointments because this office is INEFFICIENT! The lady even mentioned that she requested to speak in Spanish and was on hold for 3 hours, and when she finally spoke with the staff, they treated her with attitude and hung up on her. If I could put zero stars I would. Dr Guerrero did not listen to any of my concerns and wouldn’t do the necessary blood work (I even asked if she could and she said it wasn’t necessary) to try to identify the source of my concerns. I luckily went to a different doctor who did listen, and ordered blood work which indicated a more complex issue. I’m now seeing a specialist to help with my health issues.

She will “give her honest opinion” to side with you while you are at the office but then turn around and say you have unrealistic expectations. My unrealistic expectations are to be cared for.

How long is it acceptable to wait naked in a cold waiting room? 10? 15? I got dressed after 15. Waited 3 more and walked out.
