Amy was extremely RUDE, when I called today. As a person who is really big in customer service and treating others with respect; I am highly disappointed. I asked her how she was doing and she ignored my question. When I reiterated my question, she responded “and I said yes, how can I assist you.” When someone ask how you are doing ,”yes” is not a response of acknowledgement. If I have to deal with this type of conduct I will find another doctor! No thank you!!
Walked in, ladies kept asking if I had an appointment. I explained I was not from Florida and took a pregnancy test this morning and I need an OB. They didn’t even listen. Just asked what my insurance was and said I had to have an appointment. Wouldn’t talk to me or offer help or comfort. Very cold place. They tried to give me the number, I just said “don’t bother”.
