I have been seeing Dr. Day Walz for 8 years now. Even after moving 38 miles away, I don't want to switch. She is a caring doctor who truly listens and wants the patient to participate in their care. That being said, if I am sick, I typically see a nurse practitioner. Appointments for Dr. Day Walz are 3-4 months out. But if I need her, I can contact her staff and they relay messages. The triage nurses are less than sympathetic, but I don't have much contact with them. The front office staff has always been very friendly.
