Dr. Litvinova's decent but the office is awful. After not seeing them for over a year, they sent me multiple illegitimate bills for bills I ALREADY PAID. They also ignored my request that I sent through their approved patient portal for an appointment when I had COVID in fall 2023. On another occasion it took 1-2 weeks plus to get back to me regarding a referral and I had to cancel my specialist appointment because 'they were away.' I'm SO disappointed w this office. We moved from Brooklyn years ago, and we really miss Dr. Litvinova. We’ve never been able to find anyone like her. She really listened and took time with her patients. She gave you realistic advice and solutions.
Dr. Litvinova is great. Her attitude is professional but friendly, and she's never in a hurry. She always answers my questions, and she's clear and concise. She's also very smart and her advice has always worked for me. Also, I don't have to wait long in the waiting room. I highly, highly recommend.
Dr. Litvinova is the best doctor I have ever had. She is very thorough and knowledgeable with a wonderful bedside manner. I never feel rushed and always feel listened to. Also their scheduling is great- I've never had to wait more than 10 mins to be seen.
