I had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Larisa B. Fritz’s office. As an autistic adult, I expect a level of professionalism and respect when seeking medical care. Unfortunately, Nurse Lisa, Dr. Fritz’s assistant, was rude, dismissive, and demeaning. Her unprofessional behavior made it impossible for me to complete my appointment. Very informational and willing to do extra research when an additional issue arises. She has always been very helpful to me, including giving me numerous reading materials to understand my diagnosis. Then she walked me through it prior to leaving her office. I very much trust her, her skill level and her knowledge!
