She is a very nice lady, i wish i could give her a better review but, she was so rough with my hair, she was brushing it like she was starting a lawn mower. The amount of breakage was shocking i could feel, see, and hear my hair breaking off. I was sitting in the chair holding in my tears the whole time. The style turned out good but I wish I didn't sit through that. I came with my hair detangled to prevent this from happening.
