going through the process of getting the matress was great. unfortunately after that the experience down spiraled from there. upon delievery they bought the matresses and imediatley started to take the plastic off (which o didnt ask). I didnt not want the plastic off for specific reasons. when the gentlemen bought the second matress in he was instructed not to take the plastic off and he didnt. I wish they had a category above "Excellent!! Andy, Pam & Jim were pleasant, eager to please and AWESOME! I Googled "queen bed frame;" chose/called Mattress Warehouse, and Jim had my bedroom set up and cleaned up - all on the same day! Mattress Warehouse is now in my Contacts! Thanks, Andy/Pam/Jim! ... When I bought it even when i tested sleeping on it there, that was not enough coz i didn't sleep all night. So when i bought it, I slept on it all night and didn't feel comfortable. I would like to exchange, but you rejected which was not a very pleasure to me. I would warn all people by posting the status on facebook so that they must be aware that there is NO 30 days return policy at your store.
