I want to thank nurse Kathy H. and supervisor Sergio I. for their excellent care. They were very kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. They even stayed after closing to make sure I was fully taken care of. I truly appreciate their dedication, professionalism, and kindness

I had a disappointing experience at this location. They do not accept private insurance, which was made clear upfront. Communication at the front desk was also challenging, as the staff member did not speak English and relied on someone else to interpret, which made the process more difficult. Additionally, the wait time was excessive—I waited over 30 minutes before being seen and walked out. Overall, the lack of clarity, communication issues, and long wait times made the visit frustrating.

Everyone in Dental at Mid County are absolutely amazing including Christine and the whole team both my husband and I have been on a long journey to get our dentures and they made the process so well worth it. Christine went above and beyond to get us in there quickly and I just want to let them know how grateful we are for them all to be a part of this life changing event for us.
