Spoke on the phone with Sean. Had some questions about reporting a possible health issue. He was extremely helpful on letting me know that while this particular issue is not something they would handle, he was able to give me a list of who I should contact and their numbers. Very friendly and polite.
I want to take the time to highlight an employee here. Chrissy went above and beyond to lift me up mentally, communicate well and provide services needed on the path to healing. Without her I would not be where I’m at nor have the peace of mind offered. She is the type to go the extra mile from the goodness of her heart. We need more people like Chrissy in these offices!
Recently, I was walking in and was aggravated with the service that I have received in public health when I had to utilized it in the previous state that I lived in. wWhen I walking in Erica MeKeon was walking out with a smile on her face and greeted me, I asked several questions, she was pleasant and helpful and was able to point my in the right direction. Everyone was very nice and helpful the couple days I had to go in. Thankful I caught them when it wasn't to busy. I do know there was only one nurse working when I was in the second time. Thankfully it wasn't anything I had to really wait on at that time. Definitely have to clear your schedule as much as you can just in case.
