I visited this place today and received excellent service from the very friendly people. The dental hygienist, Muhhamed, is very nice. It's an amazing place with wonderful people, and I loved my cleaning
Muhammad Hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth and he went over the treatment plan that I currently have
Unfortunately, my trust in this office is broken. I do not feel comfortable coming back for further treatment. Note: The actual exam and procedure were handled well and with minimal discomfort. The teams were very good. 1. I went to LDO because my back molar developed an infection (this was a molar with a root canal and crown) 2. LDO called me before the appointment to suggest an exam as I would be there anyway and was overdue. Made sense, so I agreed thinking it was a regular exam. I had no prior exams with them.
