Well, they sure don't answer any questions from the public about how the telescope optics work in various modes or how the observatory in general operates, or anything else you might try to ask them them!! I am an astronomer myself so it rather pisses me off that they pretend to be accessible to everyone, but are in fact too insulated -- or simply too stuck up? -- in their own, not yet, but soon to be, little world to answer anyone's legitimate questions.
