I felt she was unprofessional. She came in with the doctor and didn't speak nor acknowledge me as a patient. The visit wasn't quite over and she left without saying anything to me. Most CRNP would enter the room and would politely address the patient. As long as I've gone there, never experienced that treatment from the staff.
