Lares Research was founded in 1956 in San Carlos, Calif., by Joe and Al Lares. As a machine job shop, the company specialized in micro-precision machining for the growing electronics, instrument and defense industries of the San Francisco Bay area and Silicon Valley. The company grew steadily through the years, increasing its machining capacity and capabilities. In the early 1970s the firm became involved in supplying specialized components for ahigh-speed dental hand piece manufacturer in the Pacific Northwest.

I have the pocketpro pocket since 2000's and i don't know where i can buy the optical fiber. They don't answer emails, facebook messages, nothing! The distributor of Brazil and Lares Research don't have nothing about Lares Lasers in their site. I love the laser, but my fiber is finishing and I don't know how to buy other and if Lares have other better Nd-Yag lasers.
