Aesthetic shop, good products, but the attitudes aren’t worth the time or price. Dejah the braider did my miracle knots. The first time she was attentive, educated me, and was patient. At my touch up, she was uncommunicative, rude, late, and tried to sneak a charge into my final bill without informing me. It’s just really sad to have a talented stylist with terrible customer service skills.
Mariana is amazing! She got me in when I had an emergency and revitalized my entire look. She was super sweet, patient, consistently checked to see if I liked the look, and even hyped me up afterwards. The salon is super clean and stylish! Will definitely be returning
I had such an amazing experience with my hairstylist Marian! I seriously can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I sat in her chair, her personality made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. She really listened to what I wanted and, more importantly, she genuinely cared about the health of my hair.
