Horrible receptionist! She hung up on me 3 times. I asked a question regarding NovaSure and she put me on hold then hung up the phone. I returned the call (with perfect reception on my end) twice and after waiting it que she hung up when it was my turn. She seemed confused and out of place when I called the first time and I could hear other people laughing and acting unprofessional, telling jokes in the background.
I just moved down to Fl from another state.Well ive been trying to get my papers transferred over, its been hell. This people are slacking. im 32 wks along and urgebtly need a prenatal dr dor when my baby is born, when said this to receptionist she said i was threatening her!! I am outraged. Obviously they dont care. If they have them kind of receptionist to the public. I will have to find some other dr.
GREAT SERVICE
I have been very happy with the care I've received at Heart of Fl Ob/Gyn!!! The Drs & midwives are wonderful & listen to my problems. Sometimes there is a wait but I guess when you deliver babies, that's not always scheduled, rather demanded, & I'd definately want a Dr or midwife present when I deliver. I did have a problem w/ a receptionist once but spoke with the office manager and it was resolved. (& the receptionist has been very nice since that episode~imagine that?!?!?). Overall, they've been great!
I've been seeing Dr. Alkass and his associates since before my first child, I'm currently pregnant with number 3. I've only had a few minor issues and they were resolved quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone. I'm sorry to hear someone had a bad experience with them. As far as the U/S tech, she's not super talkative, but she is very friendly when you talk to her.
THIS IS THE WORST OB GYN I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. I HAVE BEEN HAVING ALOT OF COMPLICATIONS WITH THIS PREGNANCY(WHICH IS MY SECOND). THEY SEEM NOT TO CARE.ALSO, THEY DO NOT PERSONALIZE WITH THERE PATIENTS. BUT I TRIED TO GIVE THEM THE BENIFIT OF THE DOUBT. I HAD MY FIRST UTRASOUND TODAY AND THEY WERE NOT GOOD AT ALL. FIRST OF ALL EVERYTIME YOU SCHEDULE AN APPT THEY TAKE LIKE 30 MINUTES TO AND HOUR TO SEE YOU. AND THE WOMAN WHO DID MY UTRASOUND DIDNT EVEN TALK TO ME IT WAS LITERALLY LIKE 2 MINUTES AND ALL SHE SAID IS THE BABIES F... read more
