continuously sends me away – I wanted to go to laredo's because Kinko's is around the block and I figure support the locals. I've stopped going because every time I go, there's always a problem! He isn't there, the machine is down, he can't make one copy : come back tomorrow....or then I'd email to see if it was a good time, and he'd email me back the next afternoon....I decided to call, EVERY time I call there's no pick up. I agree. You can't be helped my me. Maybe the services your are looking for are not what we offer. But if you think that we deliberately not answer the phone because that "one copy" may be imposed on us, well......really, I don't know how to respond.
