My experiences with this store and Tony have been positive up until today. I tried to return a $400.00 pair of Chanel eyeglasses which I purchased last evening, and Tony refuses to take them back, telling me to come back on Thursday and he will speak to a doctor and ..".they will see what they can do." I understand how he can be frustrated with me as this is not the first pair of glasses I purchased for these lenses. The best service ! And for something so essential as clear vision ! My new glasses were ready the next day ! And my prescription sunglasses ready in less than 2 hours. Larchmont Vision Center will be my go to place for glasses next time again .
I had a 4pm appt as new patient and waited for one hour and was never seen. Walked out at 5pm. Why do they even bother making appointments?
