Doctor was rude and cringe ..this is a pediatric clinic for little kids and she wouldn’t let us play some baby shark to help calm our toddler down while she was getting shots ..volume was on low and wasn’t remotely disturbing but she said she couldn’t hear and needed it off ..our child was scared and uncomfortable the whole time.. never coming back here ..I don’t even write google reviews but my experience here was so bad i wanted to save some fellow Larchmont folks their time and sanity
We went to see this doctor just once and I never wanted to come back. It was about 6 years ago. My son had mild inflammation on his intimate parts which happens often with boys and really is not big of a deal. She yelled at me that it was all my fault because he was uncircumcised. She probably never heard that the rest of world doesn’t circumcise boys and everyone is fine. Seems like someone had a bad experience and created accounts to bash the practice. I personally went to Dr. Cindy since I was an infant, as did my sister. I went there until i was 21 and couldn't legally go there anymore. Dr. Cindy always had the best bedside manner and the staff treated me like family. I will certainly bring my kids here one day, soon hopefully.
Dr. Hartz is awesome. We were so lucky to find her when we first moved to Larchmont. She’s always responsive to calls and questions, and her staff is excellent with accommodating appointment changes (which really helps with a toddler). Can’t recommend this practice highly enough.
