Dr. Hartz is very blunt and confident, which works well for some, but it in our case, it was just stubbornness. She told us our newborn was “acting like a baby” but in realty he was suffering from food allergies and severe reflux, which we later had to treat. Missing that is excusable, but she was not only wrong, but incredibly condescending about it.
