I was able to get an evening appointment for both of the MRI tests I needed. The service throughout the process was excellent. Thanks to my tech Shannon and the rest of the team for being very efficient and accommodating.
My husband had a study done here and prepaid an amount that was “required” even though his federal plan said they are not supposed to do that. The amount was never applied to his account and their awful new “outsourced” billing department will not speak to me and have put $1.10 into collections even though it was paid by this overpayment! The new billing department is awful and cannot understand basic math. No one else at SJRA has been able to fix this. So frustrating. BRING BACK YOUR IN-HOUSE BILLING OFFICE!
