SJRA is my "go to" provider for all my radiology needs. The front desk staff at the Ark Road site are very friendly and helpful. They ensure I am fully ready for my MRI tests, and all safety protocols are followed. The MRI, X-RAY, and Mammogram technicians, nurses, and support staff are all very friendly and caring, and great at ensuring I am ready for my tests after collecting and confirming all my health information. I felt welcomed from my call to make the appointment, signing in, speaking with check in & by the techs who provided my service. They especially made me feel comfortable. It was not a long wait at all. Everything was explained to me & I was done when they said I would be. Love SJRA!

The last two experiences with this facility have been less than satisfactory. I was going to let the biggest one go, but after my experience with them this week, I’m not. I went for an MRI of the Breasts back in the summer of 2025. While I was sitting there in the waiting area in a gown, with only my underwear underneath, after recovering my IV. No less than 2 male patients were brought through the area I was sitting in. When I said something about it to the radiology tech, they just shrugged. While I am not one to overly co... read more
