We loved our visit to Larchmont Bicycle, they have a wonderful selection and are very knowledgeable. It was a please working with them and I would recommend them highly.
Won't go here again. Asked for a tune-up and 2 new tires and was told it would just take 2 days. Two weeks later and after several phone calls and a visit to the shop to find out what was taking so long, I finally got the bike back with the wrong tires and no tune-up.
What do you call a shop owner who will go out of her way to come fix your bike after hours on a Saturday evening? What if I told you that she did so despite the fact that I could not tell her exactly where I was because my phone died... yet she tracked me down, fixed the flat while I had left the bike in the rack to be dealt with the next day, never thinking that she would follow through... The owners are currently on the lamb because of numerous court judgements against them. Buyer Beware: The unscrupulous couple who runs this business is now operating under the name of David's Bicycle Repair in Harrison, NY.
