Bottom line, I feel I was wronged and lost money working with Larchmere and would not recommend them to anyone. I had to return to another autobody shop within two weeks because of poor and incomplete service. Larchmere Imports came to my son's rescue when he visited Cleveland for the day from Detroit. His BMW's run flat tire had just been replaced the previous day but the sensor needed to be adjusted. Jacob at Larchmere was exceptionally nice and took the car in for service, fixed the sensor and told him about a couple of other issues that would need attention in the future.
