I purchased a beautiful Mother's Day bouquet. The flowers quickly faded because I didn't refill them with water. I called to complain when the mistake was pointed out. Lara offered to replace the flowers at no additional cost to me, even 5 days later. They new is stunning as well. I will use Lara forever now. Thank you, Lara.
