If there was a way I could give a half star or no star that would be what they would get. I rented form this company for a year and in that time their so called “maintenance” came over 2 times and ok multiple occasions ignored me when it came to back rent and my deposit which if you ever rent here will never give it back.They said that there was pet damage on the wall, from my tiny cats btw, however I’ve yet to see a picture or be told where the damage was. I work for them and when I started the owner Arsenio seem cool saying heake sure to treat his employees good said he never makes them wait to pay and pay day are 1rst 15 th I work first and second get sick and can come in for a week he fires me and the when I try and get paid he ignored over and over and I see they got employees writing review so they dont seem like they get bad review and I should have done my research about them before I started I also seem him yelling at an employee at the top of hia lungs because he orde... read more
