I will give a two star review only because the people at the front desk are easy to deal with, and I have had good enough service in the past. However, today I took in four snow tires on four rims and asked simply that they be installed. I was told that I had the wrong lug nuts. I was told that my lug nuts simply would never work, that they would not even turn onto the studs.
