I will give a two star review only because the people at the front desk are easy to deal with, and I have had good enough service in the past. However, today I took in four snow tires on four rims and asked simply that they be installed. I was told that I had the wrong lug nuts. I was told that my lug nuts simply would never work, that they would not even turn onto the studs. I took my power wagon to Laramie tire and auto without any issues to have an exhaust installed that I had already purchased online and had shipped to me. All I wanted them to do was cut the old one out and replace it with the new part and an additional part that they would order to adapt my exhaust. When they were finished I picked my truck up and just jumped in without inspecting the work that had been performed. A week or two had gone by and then my check engine light came on and a code reading to check my gas cap came on ... read more
Coincidentally we've broken down or had a flat in Laramie twice on our long RV adventures. Both times they came to the rescue, going out of their way to get us back on the road. If I lived here, they'd be my mechanic of choice
We were happy with the speedy service! Super happy with the price! Quite a steal for what we were needing! The gentleman that assisted us is a strictly business kind of guy. No small talk!� He wants to get you in and get you out! We didn’t mistake that for rudeness! We also enjoyed the new look of the front lobby. Very clean and rustic looking!
Taken my vehicle here for the last 2 years and they’ve never failed to give me a solid quote, and assist me with the most random services I’ve needed in a pinch, even in busy times Bethany always finds a way to be accommodating to customers over the phone and in the lobby and Troy and his staff always make sure I’m solid and safe to be on the road.
Fast, friendly, honest. Passing through Laramie and had a brake issue. They fixed it up lickety split.
Keep the owner away from customers, he is rude and has zero customer service skills. Offer some sort of solution (keep car longer, refer other mechanic, etc.) other than we know your car is leaking coolant but don't know why or how to fix it.
Over charged us for a tire for our 5th wheel charged over 200.00 for a tire and didn't even mount it. BLAMED it on President Trump and the oversea taxes (why don't you buy american) we bought 4 tires today at Wal-Mart today for our 5th wheel and the tires were half of that... Great tires too disposed mounted put on... Great service . I feel they took advantage of us breaking down and passing through cause we were in a bind now I have a over 200.00 spare.
