Absolutely exceptional Staff! The Doctors, the PA’s, the Nurses, the Front Desk … everyone is so gracious, and genuinely cares about your well being. I’m a very anxious person, and I felt so comfortable going in for my appointments. And any questions that I have once I get home, are answered immediately via the Messages. Thank you for saving my life! Seriously :-)
Loved going here throughout my whole pregnancy and in fact credit this place and the team for my pregnancy being successful. Not only did Amber but Dr. Klingler also helped immensely. Dr. Klingler showed up at midnight the night of my birth in the hospital to back up my midwife, Amber. So grateful he was there to help if needed. Never had a bad experience here! The nurses, MAs and all of the providers are kind, and will listen to any concern you’ve got! Been here for all 3 of my pregnancies and for regular care.
I received a voicemail from a nurse stating that my prescription could be refilled but that I needed to schedule an appointment. When I called to do so, I spoke with someone in billing who informed me that I could only be seen for certain issues due to my inability to schedule visits as frequently as recommended. I want to clarify that I attend appointments as often as my circumstances allow, and I find it disappointing to be treated in this manner.
