Cannot bill correctly, we had insurance but they kept billing ME directly, no matter how many times I told them his insurance information they still continued to bill me. Secondly there is a loud gal with a southern accent that works here, she never let me speak about my concerns; interruptions and dismissal are her forte. I have been taking my daughter here since she was born. It’s been about a year and a half now and I really like Dr. Koduri and Dr. Hink (when she is there to help). Both are patient and professional and they always manage to sneak us in when I have a concern. This does mean longer wait times, but I am happy to do so knowing that when we need to get seen they can do so that same day. Dr. Koduri is also responsive to on call texts and emails, and it has saved me a trip or two from going to the ER or urgent care. I found this e... read more
We came to this pediatrician a handful of times when our son was a newborn. Dr. Koduri was not very personable, and I felt there was a bit of a lack of communication. She repeatedly told us we need to be continuing to wake our son to eat at night until he turns two months, even though we were literally at his two-month appointment. She also kept referring to our son as a girl, saying "she" and "her" even though she had just finished making sure his circumcision was healing correctly. We were long time parents of Dr. Kleppinger and loved him. We tried to be patient with the new owners as they transitioned. Our experience has not been good and we will no longer bring using Laramie’s pediatrics. Today was the 4th time I have taken my son I. For the same wart and n his foot. The first appointment the doctor frozen it in the beginning of July. It never blistered or fell off.
