Have been awesome for decades
Rob and all the crew at Laramie Lawnery were fantastic. I needed a large tree removed from my property and they were fast, friendly and great at communication with me. They were careful of all of the surrounding landscaping as well while taking the tree out. I'm very pleased with the job they did and I would recommend them to anyone for fast, affordable tree removal!
My neighbor and I have repeatedly called for service from them. We have used them for a couple summers previously with no problem. We have had no return phone call after 6 phone calls to them. Ridiculously poor customer service.
Unresponsive and unavailable. These folks have had years to redeem themselves but without fail, they continue to disappoint. They installed a new system to run the sprinklers but can't come to turn it back on the following summer. They can't help with the faucets. They haven't sprayed for weeds and as such, the grass and rock beds are full of overgrown weeds. The grass is currently brown and patchy.
