A slumlord company that can't even be bothered to answer a phone or return a call. This applies to the leasing office where I live AND their home office. Bottom end company everyone should avoid.
I have had a bad experience at Mandalay Villas in Mcdonough, Georgia. I was supposed to move in on April 3, 3023. Did a walkthrough with the office worker Stephanie showed her what needed to fix and cleaned. Also asked where the washer and dryer are at; since the unit didn’t have it in there. She said that she would get right on it and to give her a day for everything to be completed. April 4th, nothing was done to the unit. My name is Charles Lee I live at castillian apartments on rio grande. I’ve been in these apartments for the past 3 years so much has transpired since I been here. We have been living without A.C for a year and they are just now coming to our apartment. We were receiving help from our florida and one of the employees in the front office was helping us with the application but never submitted application. They steal your rent money and say u don't pay. I know thoes women kn the office r ok any at gables hills apartments in tulsa ok. I've paid in the past year 1500 dollars over my rent allotment. And they say they will kick u out even n th ok u already paid 1600 dollar ove rent allotment. .k live in gable hills if u have section 8 here don't move here they w I ll treat u like u have adverse
