The women at the desk wanted to charge a $30 fee for the spectacle supply scheme because she's "taking time out of her own personal time" to do it, even though the government covers the cost of the service. She's exploiting low income earners by trying to double dip in profits. So if you like a for-profit healthcare style service like in the US, come here.

Came here to enquire about the spectacle supply scheme where eligible low income earners with a valid pensioners concession card are entitled to a free pair of glasses every two years paid for through the scheme and was told I'd have to pay $30 just for her to submit the form, literally $30 just for her to press a button and send through my application when no other place has ever charged a fee because they actually care about their customers. If you need an eye test, or glasses, please do yourself a favour and visit Laraghy and Chan! You will receive the honest and real service that is rarer than rare! This optometrist is absolutely amazing! Optometrists testing is cool and Lorelles advice on style is superb!! I'd travel across town for this level of awesome! I am a repeat happy customer!!
