Dr. Massie and her nurses are excellent. She is very caring. Dr. Massie has a great sense of humor, and you can tell she really cares about the people she cares for. Two of her PA’s Seiber and the one with dark hair were very abrasive and rude. I won’t see them again. I would recommend Dr. Massie over any other neurosurgeon.
Dr. Massey is not only a surgeon who explained the procedure to my husband and I, but she is the sweetest and most caring doctor and made us feel like we were in great hands. She truly cares about her patients and her office staff are the same. Everyone in the office treated us with respect and did anything to help us through the surgery. If you’re looking for the best surgeon, this is where you want to be.
Dr. Massie is such a wonderful Dr who cares and goes above and beyond for her patients. We are all blessed to have her treating us. I had a lot of problems with my back and was told it couldn’t be fixed but she had a plan of action day one and I will be forever grateful to her for fixing that problem and once again recently. Her staff is great too. We enjoy getting to see them at my visits. God bless Dr Massie and her staff we absolutely love you.
Dr. Maddie was wonderful. She explained everything so I could understand my condition. It would be so helpful and convenient if she had an X-ray machine in her office😊.
This was my first experience with Dr.Massie. I had a disc replacement done in my neck. The day I met her I absolutely felt 100 percent comfortable and safe. She is outgoing, she is honest, she makes sure every step of the way start to finish is addressed to the best of your knowledge to understand what’s wrong to how it will be fixed.
