Lara is an amazing massage therapist, and always makes me feel welcome in her space. Every session she checks in with me about both my physical and mental well being, and tailors her massage to fit my needs. Definitely the best massage in Portland!!
Lara is fantastic at what she does. I've been to many massage therapists, and she truly stands out. She manages to work out my problem areas *and* make me feel so relaxed (I'm looking at you, scalp and feet), all in the same session. Recently, she did a myofascial release to work out some hip tightness and sciatic pain I'd had for weeks, and like magic it felt completely better by the next day.
