Lara does a great job of tailoring your massage to exactly what your body needs. She talks with you before the massage starts to make sure she knows anything that needs particular attention that day. Her space is relaxing and welcoming and I always feel great when I leave! I highly recommend her!
Lara is a deeply empathetic and skillful massage therapist. She emanates warmth and makes it very easy to relax and share what I’m looking for from an appointment. I sit at my desk all day for work and after a massage with Lara my shoulders aren’t up by my ears anymore and I feel so grounded and peaceful. I highly recommend a Thai massage with her, the gentle stretching and compression is lovely!
