I’m writing in response to your recent message regarding your cancellation policy. To be blunt, I was shocked and deeply frustrated by both the tone and the assumptions made in your reply. While I understand the importance of having a cancellation policy in place, the manner in which my concerns were addressed was unprofessional and unnecessary. I never do reviews, just in special cases. This is special case for sure since Dr Lara did a excellent job with my front tooth crown. Not only that, she is so kindly and prompt to help in any circumstance. My family and I going there around 7 years already, no complains so far. The staff is great and so caring, I recommend Dr Lara to all of my friends and you will not regreat.
