Won’t be seeing this Dr again. Was rushed out of the office asked what pharmacy i was wanting my prescriptions sent to and sent my important prescriptions to a place ive never been. Ive used Kelsey and Kelsey pharmacy for years this is the worst experience ive had will not be returning to this Dr. also was not very informative during the appointment ive called several times and sent several messages to get this issue resolved and its been 4 days and no one can give me a straight answer.

My appointment was scheduled for 330 today 7-17 and I arrived to the desk at 347. I called ahead of time to let your office know that I was running late due to the weather. I literally could not see to drive bc of the thunderstorms that were in the area. You would not make an exception for me and told me I would have to come back another . This after another appointment on Monday was canceled out of the blue from another doctor. Mrs. Merritt was personable, professional, thorough, and compassionate. She discussed my symptoms at length and I felt as though she genuinely cared about figuring out my issues. I am thankful that I found her and I appreciate her expertise and bedside manner.
