After an initial visit for a serious neck issue I was advised to have an MRI which I did. I then finally received a call from their office simply saying they referred me to a Neurosurgeon with no explanation of diagnosis. After at least 3 more calls I have never gotten a call back ! Terrible customer service!
In April 2025, I consulted with Lara Fix, D.O., requesting that she take over my neurological care and specifically asking her to be my referral neurologist to a local facility for treatments I had been receiving for a year at a facility an hour away from home. At her request, my medical records were forwarded from two previous providers. I have been a patient of Dr. Fix for almost 20 years. She also cared for my mother with advanced Alzheimer's. She is top notch and really knows her stuff! Do not hesitate to use this neurologist. Her office staff is very capable and responsive also! :)
