I hired Lara to do a yoga class for a bachelorette party, and she was wonderful! She asked questions ahead of time to tailor the class to our group, and everyone loved it. It was a great addition to the weekend — I'd highly recommend her!
Scheduled Lara for a bachelorette in the finger lakes and she was everything we could have hoped for! She was willing to drive to us, helped make an amazing playlist tailored to our liking and the yoga was the cherry on top. So much intention in her poses and words chosen. We all finished the session elated, inspired, and calm. She also accommodated all skill levels! Thank you again Lara!
Lara came to do a group yoga session for a bachelorette and it was perfect!! We did a beginner class, her music was great and an awesome way to kick off the weekend with all of the girls! She personalized it. Would highly recommend !!
Hands down the best yoga teacher in the area. Lara brings her full self to every practice, weaving a unique blend of reflection, poetry, philosophy, and vinyasa flow. She is a yogi in every sense of the word, from the way she revels at the changing seasons to how she encourages gentle movement to the ebullient way she shares the things that capture her soul (gardening! walks in the woods! Tina Turner!). I always leave her classes feeling alive in my body and calm in my spirit. Not to be missed.
Highly recommend! Lara is incredibly skilled at helping us tune in to our bodies, so her classes can be both challenging and restorative, depending on what we might need that particular day. She weaves music and poetry into her classes, bringing philosophy from yogic traditions and beyond to create lovely and reflective setting for a movement practice that’s welcoming to all bodies and all skill levels. I can’t speak highly enough about Lara and her classes, I wish I were in town tomorrow so I could take class with her!
