I had a terrible experience with this doctor. She barely examined me and quickly brushed off my symptoms, saying she had “seen this before.” She gave me two Zyrtecs in the office and prescribed a generic version to pick up from the pharmacy. The very next day, I ended up in the emergency room because of her treatment. When I called her office, she advised me to just keep taking the medication, and even said that if I needed to inject myself with an EpiPen (which she never provided), I should do so and then head to the ER. The staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Lara is attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Lara.
She’s very nice and professional. She answered all my questions about my allergies and was very caring about well being. I’m definitely going back again.
I did like her, but I find it so annoying that I can’t get through to the office ever! nobody calls you back actually, they returned my phone calls, which would be about 10 of them in about two weeks.
