Kalli has my whole heart guys! I went today for my first ever injection appointment. I was of course nervous but so ready! My lips have been aging rapidly and it has been so physically uncomfortable to deal with. They were very dry and tight with deep lines. Absolutely nothing has been helping. First, my injector Brenda was pleasant and did a great job . However, the customer service I received surrounding the pricing of services I wanted and communication before my appointment was disappointing. Communication mostly happened via text with one of the staff members and they also seemed less than polite. Once I arrived to my appointment, I had to ask for a special on their booking site to be honored.
