Lara has been so great to work with over the last year or so throughout my pre-conception and pregnancy journey. Lara is always welcoming, friendly, thorough and attentive and I always feel comfortable with her. Lara has helped me through some dark times of sickness and always shown so much patience and generosity. I always look forward to appointments with her.
I have struggled so much with lots of women’s health related issues a massive one being PMDD and terrible mood swings, Lara has literally changed my life in such a positive way with Chinese medicine, Lara is such a beautiful person and provides such a comforting relaxing space. Highly recommend!

Lara has been amazing with me. She goes above and beyond and adjust her treatments to your needs. I have had bad experiences with acupuncture and Lara has honestly made me love it. I am now always looking forward to my appointments and love the chinese medicine which have resolved quite a few of my digestive issues so I am very impressed. Could not recommend her more.
