Dr. Shepherd and her staff are caring and concerned. Kaitlin & Jennifer will check you in with proficiency and pass on any concers you may have for the doctor. Dr. Shepherd is big on FAITH, FAMILY & FOOTBALL and is extremely professional. If you are in search of a physician in the Mesquite area, she comes highly recommended.
Today 5/8/24 I met my new doctor which was Dr. Shepherd. Very Very polite and listens to my concerns about my diabetes. My last Dr didn't take the time to do that. I was nothing but a dollar sign that's why I moved on. I am 60 years old from doctor to doctor and I feel like Moses in the desert for 40 years. I feel like I have found the one. After hopping from one PCP to another in the past 5 years, I have finally found the right one! Dr. Shepherd is so knowledgeable and she takes the time to explains thing to you. She has great bed side manner, is friendly and gets to the point! I had an outside ECHO performed and requested that she interpret the findings to me, which she did along with the labs and other imaging she had ordered.
