Got ripped off by the lady online for 300$ for two nights then got to the hotel to check in and got charged 188$ for the same two nights. Was promised reimbursement but straight up got ripped off by a fraudulent business. Be careful staying there they're gonna overcharge and not reimburse you.
Fridge wasn't working and was set directly between the dresser and desk on carpet. All my food is ruined. My room was assigned to another guest while I was sleeping. The guest entered and I was panicked. This canceled my door cards. I tried to call front desk and the phone wasn't working. It kept cutting out and disconnecting. My son left behind his blanket. Teri from the front desk was so wonderfully kind to check the laundry. She then went above and beyond to have it mailed to our house as we live over 3 hours away. Thank you, Teri, you are the best!!!! Sheila
Anarchy. They messaged ahead of time to check-in, ask requests. Messaged back, no response. Called, they answered and hung up. Called later, asked about status of our quiet room request. Asked if I was "John"... Took her 10 minutes to find the reservation. Last name lookup? Nope. Reservation number, nope. Finally found it, they had us on first floor... moved to 4th.
