My son left behind his blanket. Teri from the front desk was so wonderfully kind to check the laundry. She then went above and beyond to have it mailed to our house as we live over 3 hours away. Thank you, Teri, you are the best!!!! Sheila
Anarchy. They messaged ahead of time to check-in, ask requests. Messaged back, no response. Called, they answered and hung up. Called later, asked about status of our quiet room request. Asked if I was "John"... Took her 10 minutes to find the reservation. Last name lookup? Nope. Reservation number, nope. Finally found it, they had us on first floor... moved to 4th.
